Life on California's beautiful Central Coast

Ferndale, CA

What a great little Victorian town, started in 1854. We turned west on a whim and I’m glad we did.

So glad you went to Ferndale. Fritz & I thought it a charming town when we visited about 10 years ago. Tell me–have they succeeded in keeping downtown stores alive and warding off the dreaded Wal-Mart blight!!
